Our commitment to diversity and inclusion extends to the selection of our suppliers. Guckenheimer follows the guidelines provided by the National Minority Supplier Development Council in developing partnerships with minority, women-owned, and disabled-owned suppliers.

Guckenheimer has had excellent success in sourcing products and services with minority, women-owned, and disabled-owned suppliers. We have been recognized by many of our clients and customers for our success in meeting their company objectives in this area.
The criteria we will utilize to qualify diversity suppliers has been carefully designed.
We evaluate every company on the following requirements:
- Be certified as a minority, woman, or disabled-owned business as defined below:
- Woman
- African American
- Asian American
- Hispanic American
- Disabled American
- Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, or Transgender American
- Have a minimum of two years business history
- Meet our high standard of quality
- Offer competitive pricing
- Meet our insurance and indemnification requirements
- Provide on-time delivery of products and services
Guckenheimer participates in national searches for Woman and Minority-owned business opportunities with several of its business partners. Guckenheimer executives participate in an annual diversity business workshop directed specifically towards increasing business opportunities with Woman and Minority owned businesses.
