Guckenheimer was founded by two highly-trained healthcare professionals who understood the importance of good health. The Guckenheimer philosophy of wellness pertains not only to the health and well-being of our customers and employees, but to the environment as well. Incorporating this intention into our everyday operations has been another important aspect of our company’s mission.

Wellness Programs

Guckenheimer will work with you to develop a program customized to meet your wellness goals and support healthy eating practices for your employees. Our hope is that customers are inspired by their experience at work and continue to make healthier choices outside the office.

What we do:

  • Provide your company with an on-site employee restaurant focused on health-promoting, energy-sustaining meals and snacks.
  • Offer user-friendly nutritional information to encourage your employees to select healthy options when making menu decisions.
  • Provide educational opportunities and tools that reinforce healthy lifestyles and sustainable living such as our Lunch and Learn seminars, nutritional counseling with a registered dietitian, and on-site medical testing.
  • Partner with your Fitness Center team and other wellness teams to support activity, exercise and other ways to increase employee health.
  • Provide an “Ask Your Wellness Expert” email link for employees to submit nutrition, health and wellness questions and get a response within 72 hours.
  • Make sure that our own staff is up-to-date on the latest nutrition information via internal newsletters and regular meetings.
