Guckenheimer Appoints Bruno Loosli as Vice President of Operations, East Region

Swiss-trained chef and international hospitality executive brings more than two decades of experience to Guckenheimer’s growing corporate culinary portfolio.

NEW YORK, NY – March 23, 2026 – Guckenheimer, the culinary division of ISS North America, and premier provider of dining, catering and workplace experiences in commercial facilities across the USA, has appointed global hospitality executive Bruno Loosli as Vice President of Operations for the East Region. In this role, Loosli will oversee food operations and programming, focusing on operational excellence, client partnership and innovation.

Loosli brings more than two decades of expertise leading complex, multi-site hospitality and food service environments. Originally trained as a chef in Switzerland, and earning an MBA from the University of Salzburg Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from the Swiss Hotel Management Academy Lucerne, Loosli brings the gold standard in hospitality training. Throughout his career, he has built high-performing teams, scaled service operations and delivered premium guest experiences in fast-paced, service-driven environments. Based in New York, he speaks four languages and offers a global perspective shaped by leadership roles across hospitality, aviation and culinary operations.

Most recently, Loosli served as Vice President of Beverage for Global Airport Lounges at Sodexo Live!, where he shaped the international beverage strategy across premium hospitality spaces. Prior to that, he served as their Vice President of Operations for North America Airport Lounges, overseeing multi-unit performance and operational consistency. Earlier in his career, Loosli held senior leadership roles across global hospitality organizations in Europe, Asia and Australia.
