Our partnership with Chef Amanda Freitag and the USPA coalesced into the perfect collaboration at the National Polo Center, where she curated and cooked a delicious menu, featuring everything from stone crab to spring lamb and pavlova, across two nights. Polo Club members at the NPC in Florida enjoyed unforgettable food and personal conversation with this celebrated culinary innovator.
Whether welcoming employees into a newly opened cafe space, collaborating with culinary teams on free tastings or hosting ‘brownie sundae competitions, Amanda has helped transform everyday dining moments into unique client food experiences.

Why Food and Hospitality Brings People Together
