With our wellness and nutrition program, we help employees make healthy food choices through color categorizing cafe items for quick decision-making. Cafe items are color-coded green (Choose Often), yellow (Good Choice), and red (On Occasion). Dishes are strategically placed so employees see the green items first. This makes the best choice, the easy choice.

Senior Director of Culinary and Nutrition Strategy for Guckenheimer Bill Billenstein also sits on the organization’s Sustainable Business Leadership Council alongside leading chefs and restaurateurs including Rick Bayless, Dan Barber of Blue Hill at Stone Barns, and more.
